In the Gurdwara, the Guru's Door, they speak and hear of the Lord. ||7||

In plain words

The One is in every action, every color, every shape.

It moves as wind and water and fire, taking a thousand forms.

Like a single bee it hums through the whole world.

Whoever understands the One and sees it clearly is honored.

Whoever gathers wisdom and quiet attention lives in balance.

Rare is the person who turns toward the Guru and finds the One.

Only those the One blesses with grace find peace. At the Guru's door they speak of the One and listen.

The same One hums through everything, in every shape.
The deeper layer

The bhavar (bee) roams the three worlds — the one Soul present everywhere. Gi-aan dhi-aan samsar — wisdom and meditation held in perfect balance (sahj). Virlaa — rare is the one who wakes. Grace: jis no day-ay kirpaa tay sukh paa-ay. At the guroo du-aarai, the Guru's door, the awakening is spoken and heard.

A Question to Sit With

Can you name three completely different things that come from the same source?
