In plain words

The house-cat has been taught new ways, and trembles at the sight of the mouse.

The Guru has put the tiger under the sheep's command, and now the dog grazes on grass.

By grace, the fierce things that used to rule you can be tamed — the tiger made gentle as a sheep.
The deeper layer

This one says grace can turn fierce feelings gentle.

This is the Rahao, the "pause" line at the center of the shabad. It is full of things that could never happen. The cat is scared of the mouse. The tiger obeys the sheep. The dog eats grass.

These are pictures of what goes on inside us. The fierce feelings, like anger and greed, used to be in charge. They were like the tiger. Now the Guru has turned them around, and they have become gentle.

Think of a kid who used to explode at every small thing. Over time they learn to take a breath and stay calm. It can feel like a tiger turning into a sheep.

In nature, these things never happen. By grace, they do.

A Question to Sit With

What fierce habit in you would it take a 'miracle' to tame — and might that be possible?
