Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Blessed is the gift of this human body, by which God blends Himself with me.

Blessed, in this age, is the company of the holy, where His praises are sung. The Name is my only support.

This human body is blessed because it's the very means by which the One can blend with you.
The deeper layer

The close blesses the human body — "by which God blends Himself with me" — as the very means of union (cf. Shabad 120, the chance). And it blesses the Saadh Sangat of this age "where the Kirtan of the Lord's Praises are sung." Body and company are the two gifts through which the Name does its work.

A Question to Sit With

What makes this human life a gift worth being grateful for?
