In plain words

The world is bound by its attachment to many desires;

through the Guru's Teachings, some become free of desire.

Within them is the Name, and their heart-lotus blossoms; they have no fear of death.

Freed from endless wanting, the heart blossoms and the fear of death falls away.
The deeper layer

Most people are tied up by their wants, but the Guru's teaching can set a heart free to bloom.

Jag mohi baaDhaa bahutee aasaa — the world is tied down by moh, clinging love, and by many, many wishes. Think of a balloon held down by a dozen strings. Each want is one more string.

Gurmatee ik bha-ay udaasaa — through the Guru's teaching, some become free of that wanting. Their strings are cut.

Then something opens inside them. The Name lives within, and the lotus of the heart blooms. That blooming is called vigaas, like a flower opening to the sun. And those people have no fear of death.

A Question to Sit With

What would 'freedom from endless wanting' feel like?
