In plain words

When your heart truly loves the One, a deep peace arrives and the restless wandering stops.

Old burdens wash away, and you feel finally at home.

When your heart truly loves, the restless wandering settles and you feel at home at last.
The deeper layer

The verse describes supreme peace and nirvaanaa (the deep quenching of restlessness) coming to the heart that loves — and the comings and goings, doubts and fears ending. The word for the wandering ending is important: it's not that life gets easier, but that the inner restlessness that drove you place to place finally settles. The sins and pains of countless lifetimes wash away — the heavy past made light — and you merge into the Name, at home at last. Love does the settling that effort never could.

A Question to Sit With

What makes you feel truly at home and settled inside?
