In plain words

In the end, all real spiritual practice comes down to loving the One — your very life and breath belong to it anyway.

Kabir says: when grace touches you, it hands you the mark of what's true.

All the practices and disciplines finally come down to one simple thing: loving the One with a humble, grateful heart.
The deeper layer

Kabir sums up the whole reinterpretation in one line: all Yoga is in the Name of the Lord — every posture, every practice, every discipline finally comes down to one simple thing, loving and remembering the One. And he adds the humbling truth that keeps it from becoming another achievement to boast about: the body and breath belong to Him anyway — even your ability to seek is a gift — and it all completes when God grants His Grace. You don't earn the 'insignia of Truth' by mastering techniques; it's bestowed, as a gift, on a heart turned toward the One. The whole elaborate picture of the true Yogi collapses, gently, into this: love the One, stay humble, and receive. That's the whole of it.

A Question to Sit With

If all the complicated stuff comes down to one simple thing — love — what would that mean for how you live?
