Letting Go Makes You a Steadier Love, Not Absent

In plain words

When you receive the nine treasures of the True Name,

your children do not weep, and your mother does not grieve.

Letting go of the anxious grip makes you a steadier love, not an absent one.
The deeper layer

This one shows that letting go makes you a steadier love, not a missing one.

It guards against a wrong idea about letting go. Rovai poot na kalpai maa-ee — the children do not cry, and the mother does not grieve. A person rooted in the Name does not leave the people they love behind.

The Name is called nav niDh, the nine treasures, a way of saying every kind of richness. Think of a lighthouse. It stays in one place, steady, so boats can find their way home. When you let go of the grip, you become more present, not less. Inner letting-go serves the household. It never deserts it.

A Question to Sit With

How might worrying less about someone actually let you love them better?
