In plain words

When your heart is full of the One, why would you need to feel anxious?

The One is the giver of peace and holds everything — so why turn away, even for a moment?

Sit often with loving people, and hunger and hurt and worry lose their grip.

Just being near a truly kind person can help a whole crowd feel lifted.

When your heart is full of something good, worry runs out of room — and one kind person lifts a whole crowd.
The deeper layer

This Pauree is pure reassurance: jis... aatam raam, tis nahee chintaa kaaee — one whose heart is full of the One "need feel no anxiety." The Vaar keeps returning to nichint, the carefree lightness of a trusting heart. The practical counsel is saadh sangat — go daily to sit in good company, and "pain, hunger and disease are eradicated" (their grip loosened). The beautiful closing claim is communal: daykh mukh... jag tariaa — just beholding the face of a truly devoted, kind person, "the whole world is saved." Goodness is contagious; one lit heart lifts a whole crowd.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever felt lighter just from being near someone calm and kind?
