In plain words

When good living and thoughtful reflection settle into a person,

their mind rests in an ease that has been steady since the very beginning of time.

In the blink of an eye, a heart like that can lift up countless others.

Be kind, dear One, and let me meet such a guide.

One steady heart can lift countless others.
The deeper layer

One settled, good heart can lift up many others.

Aachaaraa veechaar sareer: good living and deep thinking become part of a person. Then aad jugaad sahj man Dheer: the mind rests in sahaj, natural ease, as steady as it has been since the beginning of time.

Such a heart, pal pankaj meh, in the blink of an eye, can lift kot, millions. Think of one calm kid in a noisy classroom. Soon the others calm down too. Goodness in one settled person spreads outward, like rings on a pond.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever felt calmer just by being near someone calm?
