This is sach, truth, lived as honest living. Being true on the inside makes doing true on the outside. Think of a tree with healthy roots. You do not have to glue good fruit onto it. It grows good fruit.
At the top of it all is sabad beechaar, thinking deeply about the Guru's word and holding it in your heart. Ootam karnee — that is the highest thing to do.
