In plain words

Every social rank and background, people of every faith -- everyone. The animals and the birds, and countless kinds of living things.

The whole wide spread of the world, everything the eye can take in. All of these shapes and forms, in time, will pass.

People of every rank and faith, all creatures great and small -- every form the eye can see, in time, passes.
The deeper layer

This one says that every shape we can see, and every label that divides people, passes in time.

This verse puts everyone on the same level. Jaat varan turak ar hindoo — castes, classes, Muslims and Hindus. Jaat is caste, the rank a family was given by birth. They are named together, side by side, all part of the passing world. Whatever divides people, whether rank, birth, or the name of their religion, is a shape for a while. It is not a forever truth.

Pas pankhee, animals and birds, and anik jon, countless kinds of living beings, join the same list. All of life becomes one family under time. Think of a class photo. Everyone stands in the same picture, whatever they are wearing.

Binas jaa-igo sagal aakaaraa — all forms will pass. Only the Formless One remains.

A Question to Sit With

If every label that separates people is just a passing shape, what do you share with everyone underneath?
