In plain words

Whatever pleases You is good; true and right is the way of Your will.

You are the one flow moving through all things; You are held within everything there is.

You fill every place and every space between, and You live deep inside the heart of every being.

Meeting in the company of those who love the truth, the heart comes to rest in Your will and finds You.

I take shelter with You, and again and again I would give everything for You.

The One flows through everything and lives inside every heart — so the way life actually moves can be trusted.
The deeper layer

This is the first Pauri — the praise-climax of the step. Its heart is jo tuDh bhaavai so bhalaa: "whatever pleases You is good." This is not passive giving-up; it is trust in Hukam, the flow of existence — the deep confidence that the way things actually move is not against you. The middle lines are a sweeping statement of oneness: too sabh meh ayk vartdaa — the One pervades all, is contained in all, fills every place and thaan thanantar (every gap between places), and dwells inside every living being. There is nowhere the One is not. The Pauri then grounds this cosmic vision in something practical: you meet this One most fully saaDhsang — in the company of people oriented toward the truth.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever felt calmer when you stopped fighting how something was and just worked with it? What changed?
