Let go of your worry and confusion, even for a moment, and love your one Beloved fully.
Then wherever you go, You are already there — present, waiting, everywhere.
A dakhanaa (a couplet in an old southern dialect) of pure presence. Bhoree bharam vanjaa-ay — "even for an instant, send away bharam (doubt, the mind's spinning confusion)" — and piree muhabat hik too, "love the one Beloved" (muhabat is the Persian-rooted word for love, one of Gurbani's tender interfaith borrowings). The reward is immediate and total: jithahu vanjai jaa-ay tithaa-oo ma-ujood so-ay — "wherever you go, there the One is present." Ma-ujood is again a Persian/Arabic word — "present, existing" — chosen deliberately, the way this whole Vaar's neighborhood honors every language reaching for the same One. The teaching: the One is not somewhere you have to travel to. Drop the fog, and you find they were already everywhere you already are.
What is a worry you carry around that, if you set it down for even a minute, might let you see clearly?
