Turn to the One and the Puzzles Resolve Into Light

ਰਾਮ ਰਮਤ ਮਤਿ ਪਰਗਟੀ ਆਈ ॥
raam ramat mat pargatee aa-ee.
Chanting the Lord's Name, my intellect is enlightened.
ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਗੁਰਿ ਸੋਝੀ ਪਾਈ ॥੪॥੧॥੧੪॥
kaho kabeer gur sojhee paa-ee. ||4||1||14||
Says Kabir, the Guru has blessed me with this understanding. ||4||1||14||

In plain words

By keeping the One in mind, my understanding woke up, and everything came clear. Kabir says — it was the Teacher who gave me this seeing.

Turn toward the One, and life's upside-down puzzles resolve into clear, grateful light.
The deeper layer

At the end, Kabir hands over the key to all the riddles.

Raam ramat mat pargatee aa-ee — by keeping the One in mind, my understanding woke up. Kaho kabeer gur sojhee paa-ee — Kabir says, the Guru gave me this insight.

So what were all those upside-down pictures? The water-churning, the donkey, the wild bull, the sheep? They were our ordinary, half-asleep way of living. It only looked normal. Remembering the One is what sets it right.

It is like switching on the light in a messy room. Suddenly you see what everything is. Turn toward the One, and the puzzles of life resolve into light. The riddle does not end in confusion. It ends in clear, grateful light.

A Question to Sit With

When something finally "clicks" and makes sense, what usually helped you see it clearly?
