The darkness of ignorance has been dispelled, and my mind has been awakened; within the home of my inner being, I have found the genuine article. ||3||

In the dark, the teacher lit the lamp of wisdom, and my love settled on the One. The darkness of not-knowing lifted, my mind woke up, and right inside my own self I found the real thing.
The teacher lights a lamp in your darkness -- and you find the real thing was inside you.
The classic image: the Guru lights the lamp in the darkness of ignorance, awakening the mind (cf. the One who wakes us). The genuine article (sach) is found within the home of the self (Sach). Awakening is the lamp lit by another, revealing what was already inside.
