In plain words

Come and see for yourself, dear one — open your eyes to this.

These seekers are the ones who lift the drowning back to the surface. That is why I've made my home in their good company.

The best company you can keep is the kind that lifts the drowning back up.
The deeper layer

The literal close speaks sharply to Loi, Kabir's wife. Here the words are turned into a tender invitation rather than a rebuke: come and see. And the reason he stays is generous, not selfish — boodat kee tayk, these are 'the support of the drowning.' Kabir keeps such company not to escape his family but because it's the very thing that could lift everyone up.

A Question to Sit With

Who are the people in your life who lift you back up when you're sinking?
