In plain words

The Holy Guru has given his whole being to the One's service; with deep love, touch the dust of his feet to your face.

Here and hereafter you will receive honor, and your mind will be dyed the permanent color of the One's love.

Real love, once it soaks in, is like a dye that never washes out — it colors you all the way through, in a way no loss or hardship can fade.
The deeper layer

The Rang image arrives — "dyed the permanent color of the Lord's Love". In the old Punjab some dyes washed out and some held forever; the One's love, genuinely absorbed, is the fast dye that never fades. And the way to receive it is through humility and good company — reverencing the teacher who "dedicated his being to service." Note the promise "here and hereafter": the honor is not deferred to some afterlife alone; it begins now, in a life dyed through with love. The color that holds is the mark of a transformation that has gone all the way in.

A Question to Sit With

What's something that changed you so deeply it could never wash out? That permanent kind of change is what this describes.
