In plain words

Sing the wonder of the One, my friend.

Keep the Name of the One warm in your heart.

Read the nectar-words of the One; meeting the teacher, the One is revealed.

Sing, keep the Name warm in your heart, and read the sweet words — three simple motions of one movement. They don't create the One; they clear the way for it to be revealed.
The deeper layer

The whole verse is an affectionate invitation — "O my friend" — to three simple, joined acts: sing, cherish, read. Singing the praise, keeping the Name in the heart, and reading the sweet words. These are not three different paths but one movement in three motions, all pointing the same way. And the promise: through them, "meeting the Guru, the Lord is revealed." Notice revealed, not achieved — the One is unveiled, uncovered, shown, the way the jewel of the earlier shabads was always there and simply became visible. The practices don't manufacture the One; they clear the way for it to be seen.

A Question to Sit With

Which is easier to believe: that you have to build the good from scratch, or that it's already there waiting to be uncovered?
