O Merciful God, Lord and Master of servant Nanak, You have carried across even evil villains like Harnaakhash. ||4||3||

In plain words

Whoever you draw close, their old troubles melt away.

Your kindness reaches even those who once seemed far gone.

Kindness can reach and change even those who once seemed far gone — no one is beyond it.
The deeper layer

This one says: kindness can reach anyone, even someone who seemed far gone.

The shabad ends on how big grace is. "Those whom You save — all their sins are destroyed." Then: "You have carried across even evil villains like Harnaakhash." Harnaakhash was a very cruel king in the old stories.

The point is that grace reaches even the people who seem furthest away. No one is outside its reach. Think of a light that shines into every corner of a house, even the dustiest cupboard. The hope here has no edges.

A Question to Sit With

How does it feel to know that no one is ever too far gone to change?
