In plain words

You are the Great Giver; no one is as great as You. Who else would I speak to?

By the Guru's grace I find You, and You take ego away from inside me.

You are beyond sweet and salty tastes. Your greatness is true.

Those You forgive, You bless, and You join them with Yourself.

You have placed the sweet nectar, amrit, deep inside the heart. The one who follows the Guru drinks it.

The sweetest thing is not out there to find, it is a nectar already hidden inside you.
The deeper layer

The Great Giver (daataa) is spoken to directly, and the question who else would I speak to comes back from earlier in the Vaar. Grace both finds the One and dissolves haumai. The One is beyond sweet and salty, beyond all sensory flavor, and yet has placed the amrit, the ambrosial nectar, deep within the heart, the same inward-relocation of the sacred that runs through this Vaar.

A Question to Sit With

What good thing have you discovered was inside you the whole time?
