In plain words

Your body and everything belong to the One, and the One fills it all.

No one can put a price on the One; nothing can be said about it.

By the Guru's grace you praise the One, dyed in love and devotion.

Mind and body turn fresh and green, and the puffed-up self is lost.

Everything is the One's play. Someone turned toward the Guru understands this.

Praise done with a full heart leaves your whole self feeling brand new.
The deeper layer

Everything belongs to the all-pervading One, whose worth no one can estimate. Praise, itself a gift of grace, makes mind and body green again and dissolves haumai. And everything is the khel, the wondrous play, of the One, a picture that returns again and again in this Vaar, understood by the heart turned toward the Guru.

A Question to Sit With

What leaves you feeling refreshed all the way through?
