In plain words

Those dyed in the sight of the One speak the Truth.

Those who have come to know their Master — how can I find the dust of their feet?

A mind stained by wrongdoing becomes pure in their company.

When the door of doubt swings open, you see the True Mansion where the One lives.

The one shown that Mansion is never pushed away.

My mind and body fill with joy when the One looks on me with grace, even for a moment.

The nine treasures and the treasure of the Naam come by holding to the Guru's word, the Shabad.

The dust of the saints' feet comes to the one whose forehead carries that blessing.

Being near those who know the One makes a stained heart clean.
The deeper layer

The company of those who know the One makes a stained mind clean. Their nearness purifies a corruption-stained mind (sang). When the door of doubt (bharam) opens, one sees the Mansion of the Presence and is never pushed or shoved — a dignity and security the world cannot revoke. The nine treasures are relocated inward, to the Name held through the Shabad.

A Question to Sit With

Who do you feel calmer and clearer around?
