Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Drink in the nectar of the One, by the grace of the saints.

Whoever has great good fortune receives it. Without a tongue, how could anyone know its taste?

Some things you can only know by tasting them yourself.
The deeper layer

Bin jihvaa ki-aa jaanai su-aad — without a tongue, how would you know the taste? Some things are known only by trying them. Described from outside, they stay just words. Amrit, the nectar, is for drinking.

A Question to Sit With

What is something you had to try before you understood it?
