ਭੈ ਭੰਜਨੁ ਅਤਿ ਪਾਪ ਨਿਖੰਜਨੁ ਮੇਰਾ ਪ੍ਰਭੁ ਅੰਤਿ ਸਖਾਈ ॥੨੦॥

My God is the Destroyer of fear, the Destroyer of sin; in the end, He is our only help and support. ||20||

My Lord, the One, takes away fear and washes away every wrong.
In the end, the One is our help and support.
The One ends fear and stays with us to the end.
Bhai bhanjan — the destroyer of fear; paap nikhanjan — the destroyer of wrongdoing. The same One who dissolves fear is named ant sakhaa-ee, the companion at the end. The One ends fear, and stays close to the very end.
