But the moment the One pours out kindness, it plants its Name right inside the heart.
So look for it in good company — and there you'll taste the deep, real sweetness at the center of everything.
This one is the turn. After the empty work and the aching decorations, grace arrives.
Tis hirdai naam vasaa-i-aa — the One settles the Name in that heart. The picture is planting. The Name is put inside like a seed. The sweetness grows from within; you can't buy it from outside. That sweetness is ras — the real taste, like the juice of ripe fruit.
Where do you go to have it planted? Saadh sangat — good company. Guru Arjan never says, "Just try harder alone." He says, "Be near the people who help this grow in you." A seed does better in a garden than on a shelf.
Now everything from before is answered. The lifeless body gets life. The empty room gets its guest. The endless grind finds its meaning. All of it comes through grace, found in good company.
What's the difference between chasing something and letting it grow in you over time?
