In plain words

Be happy, dear one — while your youth is fresh and full of life.

But the days are few. You have grown weary. Now the body has grown old.

Not a warning — a reminder: the window of each season is limited. Use it fully.

Be present in the season you're in — not wishing for the one you were in, or the one you're moving toward.
The deeper layer

The rahao is addressed with tenderness (piyaaree) — beloved. The instruction is: enjoy your youth while it's here. This is not hedonism — it is the spiritual instruction to be fully present in each season of life.

"Grown weary" — the physical wearing-down is honest, not dramatized. The body has a season; that season passes. The question is whether you were actually inside it while it was happening.

A Question to Sit With

Are you living in the season you're actually in — or partly in the past, partly in the future? What would it feel like to be fully here?
