In plain words

If you know that He is your Husband Lord — if you truly know this, not just believe it — offer your body and mind to Him.

Behave like the happy and pure soul-bride. With intuitive ease, you shall merge with the True Lord.

He shall bless you with true greatness. Not because you earned it, but because the offering was genuine.

Real knowing — the kind that changes how you live — leads directly to offering what you've recognized as genuinely yours to give.
The deeper layer

Je toon jaan-hih — "if you know" — the knowing here is the recognition that produces action. It is not intellectual knowledge about the divine. It is the direct knowing that changes what you do.

The instruction follows directly from the knowing: offer body and mind (tan man deh). The sequence is: recognize → offer → receive. But the recognition is the hardest step.

A Question to Sit With

Is there something you *know* but haven't fully acted on yet — a value, a truth, a recognition — that, if you actually lived it, would change your life? What's keeping the knowing separate from the doing?
