In plain words

Everyone, all over the world, longs for the True Guru.

Without the good fortune of destiny, the Blessed Vision of His Darshan is not obtained. The unfortunate ones just sit and cry.

All things happen according to the Will of the Lord God. No one can erase the pre-ordained Writ of Destiny.

The longing is universal — the meeting is by grace. The timing cannot be forced, only received.
The deeper layer

The universal longing again: sabh lokee (everyone) longs for the True Guru. The longing is not rare — it is universal. But the meeting — the darshan (blessed vision, direct sight) — requires bhaag (destiny, grace-given fortune).

"No one can erase the pre-ordained Writ of Destiny" — khasam kee reet na jaai — the Lord's arrangement cannot be undone. What is written in destiny is written. But this is not fatalism: it is the recognition that what looks like the meeting being prevented is actually the timing of grace being prepared.

A Question to Sit With

Have you ever wanted something very much, been blocked from it for a long time, and then — when it finally happened — discovered the timing was exactly right? What does that pattern suggest to you?
