Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

You are my Beloved — so what hunger could I have left?

When You live in my mind, no pain can touch me.

When the One you love lives in your heart, the endless hunger finally goes quiet.
The deeper layer

The Pause answers the restless thirst of Shabad 102: "You are my Beloved, so what hunger can I have?" When the Beloved dwells within, the endless wanting stops and "pain does not touch me." The soul that has the One has, in that, everything.

A Question to Sit With

What would it feel like to want for nothing because you had what mattered most?
