Holding fast to Your Feet, O God, the poison is easily neutralized. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

By Your grace I have joined the company of the holy — You Yourself brought it about.

Holding fast to Your Feet, the poison is easily neutralized.

Holding fast to what is true easily neutralizes the poison you couldn't fight off alone.
The deeper layer

Even joining the Sangat is the One's doing — "You Yourself have caused this to happen." And the antidote works through holding the Feet: "holding fast to Your Feet, the poison is easily neutralized." Refuge, not struggle, defuses the poison.

A Question to Sit With

What do you 'hold fast to' when something toxic is pulling at you?
