bhanat naanak taa kaa poor khajaanaa. ||4||6||57||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Whoever has gained the treasure of the Name —

says Nanak, their storehouse overflows.

The treasure of the Name doesn't just suffice — it overflows.
The deeper layer

The treasure of the Name is not just enough. It overflows.

The one who has "obtained the treasure of the Naam," the Name, finds "his treasure-house filled to overflowing." Not a small, careful supply, but more than enough, spilling over.

Think of a glass under a tap that no one turns off. The water keeps running over the edge. Another Aasaa shabad also speaks of this wealth that never runs out. So the person who lives the Name at home, and at peace within, lacks nothing.

A Question to Sit With

What is a kind of richness that keeps overflowing rather than running out?
