Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

My mind is filled with bliss since the Guru gave me the Mantra of the Name;

my thirst is quenched, and my mind is steady.

The Name quenches the thirst nothing else could and steadies the wandering mind.
The deeper layer

The Guru's gift of "the Mantra of the Lord's Name" fills the mind with bliss, quenches "thirst," and makes the mind "steady and stable." The restless thirst of the insufficiency-shabads (Shabad 102) is finally satisfied, and the wandering mind settled.

A Question to Sit With

What finally settles your mind when it won't stop wandering?
