The Saints of God have the ability to save us;
ਤਿਸੁ ਭੇਟੇ ਜਿਸੁ ਧੁਰਿ ਸੰਜੋਗ ॥੨॥

The Saints of the One have the power to save us;
they meet those of us with such destiny written for us.
The company that saves you is itself a grace — granted, not arranged.
The Saints "have the ability to save us" — and the meeting happens by destiny ("pre-ordained"). The company that saves is itself a grace; you do not arrange it, you are granted it.
