One who has You as her Master, is satisfied, satiated and happy forever. ||2||

Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

You are Carefree, the Embodiment of Bliss; Your Name is a gem, a jewel.

One who has You as Master is satisfied, content, and happy forever.

Take a carefree, blissful One as your Master, and you catch its contentment.
The deeper layer

The One is "Carefree, the Embodiment of Bliss" — and the soul that has Him as Master catches that contentment, "happy forever." The Name is "a gem, a jewel," priceless (cf. Shabad 155).

A Question to Sit With

What would a carefree (not careless) life feel like?
