Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

O my companions and fellow maidens, plant that balanced understanding within me.

Serve the Holy Saints lovingly, and find the treasure of the One.

Ask good company to help steady you, and serve them with love.
The deeper layer

The soul asks its companions (the Sangat) for "balanced understanding" (sahaj / poise), and names the way: "serve the Holy Saints lovingly." Wisdom and the treasure both come through loving service in good company.

A Question to Sit With

Who could help you find a more balanced understanding?
