In plain words

So dye this mind of yours in the color of the One's Love.

Renounce cleverness and cunning, and know that the Sustainer of the world is with you.

Dye your mind in love and drop the cleverness — the One is already with you.
The deeper layer

This is the Rahao, the "pause" line, the center of the shabad. It says: color your mind with love, and drop the tricks.

Har naam majeethai rang — dye this mind in the One's love, like majeeth, a deep red dye that does not wash out. Rang means color. Think of a white shirt dipped in a strong dye. It comes out a new color all the way through.

But the dye only holds when the scheming stops. Ti-aag si-aanap chaaturee — let go of cleverness and cunning. Why can we let go? Because the Sustainer of the world is already with you. You do not need tricks to reach the One who is already here.

A Question to Sit With

What would you let go of if you trusted the One was already with you?
