Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
His fears are removed, his doubts and attachments gone; he sees none other than God.
O Nanak, the Supreme Lord preserves him, and no pain or sorrow afflicts him any longer.
Free of fear, doubt, and clinging, the soul sees only the One — and is wholly held.
The full freedom: fears, doubts, and attachments all gone, the soul "sees none other than God," and is so "preserved" that "no pain or sorrow afflicts him." The One in all and the One preserving — the soul is wholly held.
A Question to Sit With
What would be left in you if fear, doubt, and clinging all fell away?
