Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

My Master is the highest of all; night and day, I sing His praises.

In an instant He establishes and disestablishes; through Him, I fear no one.

Backed by the One who raises and topples in an instant, you need fear no one.
The deeper layer

The Pause: the One "in an instant... establishes and disestablishes" — supreme over all rising and falling — and so the soul "frightens" no one and fears no one. Backed by the One who raises and topples in a moment, the devotee is fearless (cf. Shabad 182).

A Question to Sit With

What would you stop fearing if you trusted who is really in charge of rising and falling?
