Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

Grab hold of the Support of the One; chant the Word of the Guru.

Submit to the Order of the True One; receive the treasure in your mind, and you shall be absorbed in peace, O my mind.

Holding the One's support and accepting its will are the same single move.
The deeper layer

The Pause: "grab hold of the Support of the One," chant the Word, and "submit to the Order" (Hukam). Holding the Support and submitting to the Will go together — leaning on the One is accepting His order — and from it comes the treasure and peace.

A Question to Sit With

What would it mean to both lean on something and accept whatever it brings?
