This mind becomes immaculately pure, in the Court and the Home of the Lord.

The Gurmukh shows his love through loving devotional worship.

Night and day, by Guru's Grace, sing the Lord's Praises.

God dwells in each and every heart, since the very beginning of time, and throughout the ages. ||8||

In plain words

This mind becomes immaculately pure, in the Court and the Home of the Lord;

the Gurmukh shows love through devotion. Night and day sing His praises — God dwells in every heart, from the beginning and through the ages.

The purified mind comes home to the One who was always dwelling within it.
The deeper layer

The mind that becomes pure comes home to the One who was always inside it.

Ih man nirmal dar ghar so-ee — this mind becomes nirmal, spotless, and lives in the One's court and home. The Gurmukh shows love through devotion. Day and night, by the Guru's grace, they sing the One's praises.

Then comes the ground under it all. Ghat ghat so parabh aad jugaad — God lives in every heart, from the very beginning and through all the ages. Think of coming home after a long trip and finding the lights already on. Someone was there the whole time. The mind comes home to the One who was always within it.
