Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa

In plain words

When the True Lord comes to dwell in the mind, that mind blossoms and flourishes.

He Himself grants greatness; His Gifts are never used up.

A mind the True One inhabits cannot help but blossom.
The deeper layer

A mind where the True One lives cannot help but bloom.

When the True One settles in the mind, the mind flourishes. It blossoms like a plant. That is the same green life as the home-woods at the start of the shabad. A mind is like soil. What grows in it depends on what lives in it.

The second line adds something about giving that Aasaa says again and again: the One's gifts never run out. When people give, their supply goes down. Think of sharing snacks until the bag is empty. The One's store is different. It is the only store that grows by giving. And it is now planted in the blooming mind.

A Question to Sit With

What are you letting dwell in your mind lately — and is your mind blossoming or wilting under it?
