A Heart Soaked in Love Stops Wandering

Those humble beings who are imbued with the Lord, O Beloved, do not go anywhere else. ||6||

In plain words

People whose hearts are colored through with love for the One never go wandering off looking for anything else. They've found their place.

A heart soaked all the way through with love stops wandering — it has found its home.
The deeper layer

This one says a heart soaked in love stops wandering.

Jo jan raatay raam si-o — those who are raatay in the One. Raatay means colored or dyed. Anat na kaahoo jaa-ay — they do not go anywhere else.

A cloth dyed all the way through does not fade back to white. A heart soaked in love does not go shopping around for another.

Think of a kid who finally finds a best friend. They stop hopping from group to group at recess. It is not that the other groups are forbidden. They have simply found where they belong. The restless searching of the earlier verses finally stops. Being content is what happens when longing is met.

A Question to Sit With

What is a place or feeling where you never want to be anywhere else?
