When the Heart Is Full, the Song Pours Out

naanai ravat rahai ghat antar har gun gaavai so-ee.
Nanna: One whose heart is filled with the Lord, sings His Glorious Praises.
One whom the Creator Lord unites with Himself, is not consigned to reincarnation. ||18||

In plain words

When your heart is full of the One, songs of praise just pour out of you.

And the heart the Maker draws back home never has to wander lost again.

When your heart is truly full, the song pours out on its own — and the wandering stops.
The deeper layer

The letter Nanna (retroflex) links a full heart to a singing mouth: jaa kai riday vasai... gun gaavai — when the One dwells within, praise sings itself out; the song is the overflow of a filled heart, not a duty performed. And the promise: one whom the Creator unites with Himself is not consigned to wandering again. The wandering that ran through the earlier verses (8.4 million lifetimes) ends here, in being gathered home. A full heart and a settled soul are the same thing described twice.

A Question to Sit With

What fills your heart so full that you can't help but express it?
