The Light of the One is shining perfectly through everything.
Mastering your own mind is worth more than all the books in the world.
The Pause makes a startling claim: "to conquer the mind is the knowledge of the six Shaastras." All the scholarship in the world is matched by one inner victory — taming your own mind. This is the Har Ras teaching: tasting beats reading. And the reason the inner work matters is the second line: the Light is already pervading everything; the only obstacle is the unconquered mind.
