My body and mind belong to the Lord; my life is at His Command. ||3||

In plain words

In praising the One there is intuitive peace, poise, and bliss.

The love of the One becomes your family and your friends.

The One is both the Doer and the Forgiver; my body and mind belong to the One, and my life moves at its flow.

Love of the One becomes a family that never leaves you.
The deeper layer

The positive picture: praise produces sahaj — and the Love of the One becomes "family and friends." This is striking for a householder text: the deepest belonging is in the One, even as you live among actual family. "My life is at His Command" is Hukam lived as glad belonging, not grim duty.

A Question to Sit With

Who or what gives you a sense of belonging that feels truly steady?
