ਐਸਾ ਗੁਰਮਤਿ ਰਮਤੁ ਸਰੀਰਾ ॥

Through the Guru's teaching, see that the One is present in every body.
O my soul, vibrate with the deep, unfathomable One.
The One is present in every single body — so live tuned to that.
