In plain words

My armrest is seeing the One's Light in everyone, however many their shapes and colors.

Listen, Bharthari the yogi, says Nanak: love only the Supreme One.

The thing to lean on is seeing the same Light in everyone — and loving only the One.
The deeper layer

Guru Nanak ends by telling Bharthari what to lean on: seeing the same Light in everyone.

Yogis had an armrest, a short crutch to lean on while they sat for a long time. Guru Nanak says my armrest is seeing the One's Light in all. That is what holds up the whole inner practice. People come in so many shapes and colors. The one Light, the jot, shines in each of them. An earlier shabad in Raag Aasaa speaks of this Light too. Think of many different lamps in a house, all lit by the same electricity.

Then he speaks to Bharthari, a famous king from old stories who gave up his throne to become a yogi. Kaho naanak sun bharthar jogee — says Nanak, listen, Bharthari the yogi. Under all these new meanings is one simple thing: love only the Supreme One.

A Question to Sit With

How would your day change if you looked for the same light in every person?
