In plain words

The Formless One lives in a place beyond all our categories — beyond day and night, beyond every book.

Kabir says: turn your heart toward that One, dear restless people of the world.

The One is beyond all our boxes — every time, place, and book — so turn your heart toward that boundless presence.
The deeper layer

This one points to the One, who is bigger than every box we make.

dinas na rain — where there is no day and no night. bayd nahee saastar — where there are no Vedas and no Shaastras, the old holy books. tahaa basai nirankaaraa — there lives the Nirankaar, the Formless One, the One with no shape.

The One is not held inside any time, any place, or any book. Think of trying to catch the sky in a jar. The jar is real, but the sky is far bigger.

Then Kabir calls out with love: baavri-aa sansaaraa — O wild, restless people of the world, turn your hearts to that One. The whole shabad ends here. Stop looking for goodness in outer things, like special baths or holy places. Turn to the One, who is beyond all of them and close to every loving heart.

A Question to Sit With

What does it mean that the One is bigger than any single place, day, or book could hold?
