Translation by Dr. Sant Singh Khalsa
He sees the One always present. By grace he sees the One filling everything, everywhere.
Wherever I go, there I find Him.
Without the Guru, there is no other Giver at all.
Once your eyes are opened, you see the One everywhere you go.
Jahaa jaa-o tah vaykhaa so-ay — wherever I go, there I see Him. The One is not kept in one holy building or one special place. The One fills every place, bharpoor, full to the brim.
It is like WiFi in a house. You cannot see it, but it is in every room. You just need the right device to pick it up. Here the "device" is an eye opened by grace. Other shabads in this raag say the same thing.
And the verse names the Guru as the one who opens that eye. Gur bin daataa avar na ko-ay — without the Guru, there is no other Giver.
What might you start noticing everywhere, once you learn to look for it?
