ਜਪਿ ਮਨ ਰਾਮ ਨਾਮੁ ਨਿਸਤਾਰਾ ॥
jap man raam naam nistaaraa.
Chant the Name of the Lord, O mind, and you shall be emancipated.
ਕੋਟ ਕੋਟੰਤਰ ਕੇ ਪਾਪ ਸਭਿ ਖੋਵੈ ਹਰਿ ਭਵਜਲੁ ਪਾਰਿ ਉਤਾਰਾ ॥੧॥ ਰਹਾਉ ॥
